Position Overview

As an Executive Driver, you will provide premium transportation services while maintaining the highest levels of safety, professionalism, reliability, and customer care. You will be entrusted with transporting executives, corporate clients, airport passengers, and VIP visitors while ensuring every trip is timely, comfortable, and personalized.

Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities of an Executive Driver:

Executive Transportation Services

• Provide safe, efficient, and professional transportation for clients and guests
• Ensure timely arrivals and departures for scheduled trips
• Plan and adjust routes based on traffic patterns, weather conditions, and client schedules
• Maintain awareness of service expectations and client preferences
• Deliver a smooth and comfortable travel experience on every trip

Client Relations & Hospitality

• Greet passengers in a courteous and professional manner
• Assist with luggage, personal belongings, and special accommodations
• Deliver attentive, personalized service throughout the transportation experience
• Respond professionally to client requests and inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when transporting executives and VIP guests
• Build trust through professionalism, reliability, and exceptional service

Vehicle Presentation & Readiness

• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and premium presentation standards
• Ensure vehicles are fueled, stocked, and prepared for daily service
• Monitor vehicle performance and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Uphold company standards for safety, appearance, and operational readiness

Professional Representation

• Serve as a professional ambassador for the zTrip brand
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
• Exercise sound judgment and situational awareness
• Follow all transportation regulations and company policies
• Consistently exceed customer expectations through service excellence

Communication & Coordination

• Maintain communication with dispatch and operations teams
• Provide timely updates regarding schedules, delays, or service issues
• Coordinate trip details and special requests efficiently
• Complete transportation records and required documentation accurately
• Support operational excellence through effective communication and teamwork

Qualifications of an Executive Driver:

Required

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and discretion

Preferred

• Previous experience as a Chauffeur, Executive Driver, Corporate Transportation Driver, Limousine Driver, Personal Driver, or Hospitality Professional
• Experience serving executives, corporate travelers, VIP clients, or airport passengers
• Background in luxury hospitality, transportation, customer service, or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with local airports, hotels, business districts, and event venues
• Experience using GPS navigation systems and transportation platforms
