Position Overview

As a Chauffeur, you will provide premium transportation services for a variety of passengers while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer care. You will be responsible for ensuring every trip is smooth, comfortable, and punctual, creating a positive and memorable experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities of a Chauffeur:

Premium Passenger Transportation

• Provide safe, reliable transportation to assigned destinations.
• Maintain punctual arrival and departure times.
• Navigate efficiently while adapting to changing traffic conditions.
• Monitor routes to ensure the most efficient travel experience.
• Prioritize passenger safety and comfort throughout every trip.

Client Experience & Service

• Welcome passengers with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Provide a high level of personalized service.
• Assist passengers with luggage, personal items, and special requests.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality during all interactions.

Vehicle Presentation & Maintenance

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, detailed, and professional vehicle appearance.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled and fully prepared for service.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Uphold company standards for vehicle cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

Professional Representation

• Serve as a positive representative of the zTrip brand.
• Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct.

• Follow all transportation regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications of a Chauffeur:

Required

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.

Preferred

• Previous experience as a Chauffeur, Personal Driver, Executive Transportation Driver, Limousine Driver, or Hospitality Professional.
• Experience serving corporate clients, airport travelers, executives, or VIP passengers.
• Background in hospitality, luxury services, transportation, or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with local roadways, airports, hotels, entertainment venues, and business districts.
• Experience using GPS navigation and transportation technology platforms.
